I believe. But unlike many people who thinks ghosts are external, I believe that ghosts are INTERNAL.

It's within the psyche of a person.

It's simple. They don't come from graveyards, haunted houses, or places where people are murdered and roam around after they die.

They come from within you, from your own fears, that is sub-consciously and subliminally influenced from the very society you were brought up, i.e. horror movies, ghost tales, old-folk superstitions, and eventually manifested into something you believe that is tangible of which you call: GHOST.

This "GHOST" usually takes form in whatever your mind is exposed to, usually differs from the different beliefs of cultures and whatever that individual is able to imagine in his environment. However, this "tangible" form are always almost perceived only by that particular individual, not being something that EVERYONE can see it at the same time hence, eliminating the hope of reliable scientific studies and the ability of quantifying them.

UFOs and aliens?

If you managed to look up at one of the stars and believed that star it's actually inhabited by aliens, then maybe you'll see some resemblance in whatever you see in the world.

In other words, UFO's and aliens are nothing different from the supernatural until they are actually proven that they actually exist, and I mean, being able to quantify them scientifically.

Unfortunately, it's still a "PERCEPTION-BASED" kind of phenomenon. It's not like when you see a tree, and you'll instantly know that it's a tree.

I guess the only way to summarize this is: "Whatever your mind exists, exists".

Ghosts that appeared in my sleep paralysis (you can simply pass it off as a bad dream if you want to), and I had a serious problem of superstitions and hexes that I've imagined around me when I was young, around 5 years old I think.
