Totally agreed. Colleges won't even care what you do outside as long as you pay the fees and attend all the classes and pass all the exams.

Working life... totally different story.. talking about life, I don't think working "life" even have a LIFE.

AHH. Both.
I wanna be a vet. I love animals. I wanna help to ease their pain. I wanna make their owner feel relieved and gain trust from them. (experienced insecure feeling with my previous cat before)

BUT my parents want me to be a doctor. AND; mom has been telling me that I should be a doctor since i'm in kindergarten. Well, I don't mind being one as i wish to relieve pains in people and let their family feel less worried about the patient.

I'm so stuck man T___T.

but the problem now; i really don't know which to choose.

both doc and vet takes up 5-6 years of studies.

however; vet is like.. doctor+dentist+surgeon. Doctors cannot perform surgeries unless titled as surgeon which takes up more years of studies.

Doctors can be easily employed and has a fairly good salary. There's not much people hiring vets... unless I have to open my own clinic. Even if I'm hired; the salary wouldn't be too good.
I don't really mind about the salary but when I work, I will be the one handing my family financial problem.. dad is going to retire. T__T
