Based on the data losing image attached, i can only got 75% data, 1.5GB of full 2GB monthly (every cycle). Tunetalk was holding the other 500mb data never be revert.

Okay that explains why I sometimes see my data usage jumping around lol

Hmm they're being way too cautious, not willing to let users overrun their data cap even briefly

But 500MB is a bit too much for a 2GB plan

Plus, they have things like 300MB data packs redeemable using points
So, that's kind of odd.

People on the Epik 28 or 35 plan,

Can you share what are the data add-ons plans available for this? Do they have data boosters?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no such features. You can only save the receipt during your reload.

I tried to subscribe validity 365. There is no way deduction from TT credit bal.

And I tried payment method by TNG, it showed the error "This plan is not eligible to subscribe".

I call TT customer service on afternoon time.
They said purchase validity only via debit/credit card.
The rest of payment method such as ewallet, online banking and even TNG not allowed.

Don't know what's their terms & conditions do like this way.

No experience on 5g but on my 4g+ home wifi it was pretty good. Now i’m back with hotlink for home (portable) wifi simply for different volume data offer. Otherwise the RM35 150gb was good but I found 200gb/300gb offer on hotlink is slightly better. This is just month to month decision monitoring on what offers are out there. Not a question about MNP / porting in out coz it’s just for home modem.

This change must be quite recent. In that case I'll be careful to not have too much balance as it cannot be use to pay for validity.

03-4065 0346 seem valid? 👀 What reason would telco have to call us? I was dead asleep when I got the call and my earbud bud accepted the call. 🤣

Hi, I just signed up for EPIK RM28/mth plan and getting a esim. I wanted to know after activating the esim and when it is working, can I subscribe to the 365 day validity plan for RM35 so that I do not have to pay monthly RM28. I am using this esim mainly for overseas where I do not use data but need to be able to buy add on later for any voice call etc on adhoc basis. I just want to maintain my switched mobile no without having to pay monthly fee.

Yes you can. However, there is no specific add-on for voice calls only. You can subscribe any of the Epik plan with unlimited calls as and when you need it.
