what is a good mifi device for this? i'm planning to buy the rm200/1 year plan to give my brother who's currently studying at college. he doesn't have internet at his hostel, i think 20gb/month should be sufficient for him.

Strictly speaking, +Vibe 200 is not for 12 months but for 12 x 30 days (360 days) which is 5 days short of an actual year.

How long have you ported in? These issues usually only occur within 72 hours after porting to other service provider. It should start working after 72 hours.

One month is 20GB..if not totally use..

the data will not carry forward..

if exceeded 20GB..will it throttled to 64kbps?..

You may need to call the bank(s) for them to reset the system for your account. Tell them that you have ported your mobile number to other telco. After they reset, you can receive the TAC within 24 hours.
