Tested at Blue Cube, Sunway Pyramid with iPhone 8+ but only 4G. While Onexox with the same place and with my Note 8, it showed 4G+.
Onexox in 2nd picture.

Yeah, since TuneTalk is among the MVNO riding on Celcom that offers the cheapest data, Celcom need to take some countermeasure to ease congestion.

Feeling like the a bad symptom for me to port in to TT.

They have done my mnp process successfully on 28/11, digi has terminated my service.. But somehow something went wrong in their system, the tt sim card still showing the temporary number and I have no access to my own number..

Called CS and they told me will be done within 24 hours and it has been 2 days and still saying it's under investigation...

I have no access to my own number and I have to get another number temporary until it's fixed..

Any similar experiences?

Still cant finish my 20GB quota but overall including my other devices and YES 4G broadband, 20GB is my max usage on mobile data. So far no complaint, even slower speed compared with Onexox, i’m still satisfied with the service.

Maybe my other numbers will be port in from onexox after the validity ends. That’s in 2019-2020 laugh.gif

Can't receive any OTP code from UOB bank in the past 24hrs. was good before it. Called the bank and they said it's tunetalk's issue. Contacted TuneTalk and they said the systems showed all smses were delivered successfully. Let me try to restart the phone or swap the SIM into other phone, but also no luck. So till now I couldn't do anything online with UOB.Anyone has such issue?

iphone wont show 4G + even you are using 4G+ network
*
QUOTE(xisan @ Nov 25 2017, 12:25 AM)
So the iphone is capable to get 4G+ speed or just won't show only? The speed is quite a gap.

QUOTE(stephantsen @ Nov 25 2017, 01:02 AM)
yes you are correct. you should use same telco to comfirm the accuracy. maybe tt and onexox got different term on their contraft with celcom
*
Well if you would like to get the accuracy of the speed tests, download opensignal.. you'll see the different.

Trust me, u mobile is one very good example to try out and compare on speed test and open signal and then do a download if it is really thay fast as tested or vice versa

actually if you want most accuracy result. simply download a file and see the speed. i dont actually trust those speedtest app because spme telco will optimise it, the actual speed is much more different compare to real speed

Hi guys, I'm currently on umobile but today i saw a big billboard on the hwy displaying tune talk 20gigs + unlimited calls all for RM50. Is it a prepaid? How's the internet connection in Klang Valley? How fast is the net speed?

I've never used celcom so is that good or bad?
*
I only heard about horror story about Celcom's network is pretty slow around Malacca town, other than that generally it's pretty okay.

If we top up RM30 via other channel (EG. 11street.my, lazada etc), are we still eligible for the free 4gb data?
Or only eligible via official channel (tube talk website/app)

As long as it's a reload, it will be treated the same regardless where you purchase it.

Went to port in through one of the dealer at Bukit Bintang, and that fellow charged me RM20 for the sim and/or service provided.
And now Tune Talk advised me to check with the dealer whether I am eligible for the FREE RM15 credit due to FREE 50% top up promo. (RM15 free credit for RM30 first top up)

The moral of the story was...not advisable to go through dealer, better still port in online just like our Bro Azhar75 did.

Otherwise you will ended up like me:-

`Paid RM20 extra for nothing when you can get it free via online port in. (I believe that charges may vary from dealer to dealer)
`Not eligible for the extra 50% credit i.e. RM15.

Yes it is 20GB high speed. As TuneTalk is riding on Celcom, this fact should tell you something about the network quality.
