I didn't pay my Celcom BB bill for about 3 months, but I still can connect to the internet. Yesterday, all of a sudden cannot connect at all. I think they finally potong my connection after months of 'free ride'.

My question is: How long can we surf without paying the bills? Some say 5 months, and some say 3. Which is correct?

My line was blocked because I didn't pay the bill. Yesterday I finally pay the outstanding ammount but it seems that my line is still not reactivated. The modem can't even detect the network. When I put the sim into my phone, the result is also the same - no network. It also says "SIM card registration failed".

I assume this happens because my line is still blocked, not because my simcard is broken. So how long it usually takes to reactivate the line?

When I put my Celcom BB sim into my phone, it says "SIM card registration failed". Does it mean that my simcard is broken somehow?

BTW, my line was blocked because I didn't pay the bill, but it has been 3 weeks since I pay it all. It should be reactivated by now. So I'm thinking maybe my simcard is broken. Is it possible?
