Suddenly I can't use the Celcom BB (vodafone usb huawei) on my notebook..

I keep getting ERROR 628.

I tried..

-uninstall, restart & reinstall
-unplug, tried different ports
-delete the "Network Connection" icon

But it still failed...

In the Vodafone Connect Manage Connections, I tried to remove the item but it always has the active green box. There are two selections there, the K____ and Huawei. The K____ is set as default, and 3G preferred. The Huawei's preference can't be selected (greyed).
