Im from singapore. plan to get some GPS back to malaysia. If really kena tahan by kastam, and i got no money how?
they confiscate the item? or they just ask me go back singapore, and dont allow me to enter malaysia? |

You can go back to Singapore and leave the articles there and come back. Usually, they take the goods and samban(since you evade to pau duties already) you. Only if they are lenient they let you go back.

If the item is inside boxes... then only they will confiscate the item... but if the item is in use... =) then only can pass through..
