Well, I've looked the meaning of MNC, and I found in Wikipedia as stated:

"A multinational corporation (MNC) or transnational corporation (TNC), also called multinational enterprise (MNE)[1], is a corporation or enterprise that manages production or delivers services in more than one country. It can also be referred to as an international corporation."

Hmmm...

Dead4Life you are right..looks like someone dont understand what is MNC here...
you only can consider whether the company MNC or not by :- if the company has their own branch more than 1 in other country and operate there but the HQ is in Malaysia (Maybank is one of them), also you guys do not say the company is MNC if the company doing export and import goods globally because the company only doing selling and buying globally not setting up their own branch in other country (MNC). Also I would like to let you guys know that petronas is not MNC because the company only digging oil in Malaysia not at other country and they dont have their own branch (petronas) in other country. DELL is one example of MNC based on USA country because the HQ is at USA but they got branch in Penang.

p.s. Malaysia still lack of MNC company.
