These were the 2 reasons given by Google. I read it on The Star some time back but unfortunately I'm unable to provide the source as I didn't keep a copy of the article.
In response to TS topic, I'm able to name some big MNC from chemical industry, on top of the O&G that we usually hear:
- BASF
- Dow Chemical
- Nalco
- Henkel
- Dupont
- Huntsman
- Eastman
- Kao
- Air Liquide
