you only can consider whether the company MNC or not by :- if the company has their own branch more than 1 in other country and operate there but the HQ is in Malaysia (Maybank is one of them), also you guys do not say the company is MNC if the company doing export and import goods globally because the company only doing selling and buying globally not setting up their own branch in other country (MNC). Petronas got JV on up-stream in other countries. Also, there are down-stream Petronas station in some ASEAN countries, forgot which country I saw before.
Most likely they re-stock their fuel from other suppliers.
Public Bank also MNC, got many branches in Cambodia
