Racist and derogatory jokes
Summary: This 10-man guild was making offensive racist jokes on Ulduar general chat for all to see and they got called out on the forums because of it. What makes it interesting is that the guild leader came on and defended their actions and then engaged in a war of words with the server forum trolls. Enjoy...
Screenies of the said jokes:

My personal take: I think they should have apologised (especially Cynestra). Some of the jokes were really bad. Good thing they didn't say "Be a man... do the right thing" or i would have joined the argument!

Bliz bans ninja who ninja-ed Ashes of A'lar and took the mount away!
Summary: The poster complained that he ninja-ed the mount only to be banned by Bliz and the mount removed. Reason being Bliz doesn't ban or do anything to ninjas as many of you know. But in this case, the guy asked ppl to roll first which gave the ppl in the raid the false impression that they could win the roll. Thus this came under Bliz's loose term of scamming.
Quote of the thread:
"You switched to ML. That was fine. But after that, you had everyone roll for the mount with the assumption that they would win the roll. When you lost the roll but took the item anyway, that went under Blizzard's very loose term of "scamming". Had you just taken the item and not had everyone roll for it, Blizzard would not have touched you.
Long story short; you !!*#ed up. Next time don't pretend like you're going to award the item to the winner of a /roll and just take it."
Found a blue poster who said this regarding the topic:
"I'm sorry, Vandy, but this issue is not as clear cut as you may have been lead to believe. Although we do not normally become involved in looting disputes we do involve ourselves in verified scams.
So logic dictates that if an item is acquired through misinformation a person can submit a petition and we will look into it and if verified we will rectify the situation. " - Vrakthris, Blizzard Poster. (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=17779801853&sid=1)
My take: If you get ninja-ed next time and the master looted got u guys to roll first remember this thread and refer it to the GM in your ticket. If you're a ninja looter, in the words of Russel Peters... Just take and go!
