u need to do a force flash to Asus Top bios to get more than 850mhz core OC on CCC
Of course to get that level u need to add voltage & to have a better cooling too
U can asus Smart Doctoc software to get up to 1.3vgpu (default 1.0vgpu)

Seems to me the new batch of Sapphire HD4770 clock bettter than the 1st batch that launch few month ago
