Do I need to visit the official website of McAfee and Microsoft Office to download the installer? For Dell True Color software, I can't find it on Dell website. Anyone has similar experience? Any sifu here can advise on how to get back those Dell factory pre-installed softwares?  erm btw u need to do is fac. reset...
