Friday will launch the low spec w/o price and another high spec will be launched in Nov.
But don't know whether that's XPS or something else on the Nov launch.

Check with who ?
Base on the price from dell US website, I predict price around 3.5k for lowest spec (i5, full hd non touch)
But asus after sales totally sucks laugh.gif
Yet k501lx only gtx 950m ddr 3 tongue.gif

I checked with Dell Malaysia, hope they can do better on the delivery time, need a laptop so much for work.
About the price, I presume it will not be too far away from lelong/techhypermart.

Besides, new Dell XPS will launch by this Thursday/Friday, with price or not? No idea.

True about Asus or etc, better choose brand with good after sales service, no point to take the risk since there is a better choice around.

Dell inspiron 7559 prices are up!
The price for i7 is so tempting lo!
Of course the downside is the QHD display, 7hrs battery life and weight.

if got full hd + non touch i7 skylake I definitely buy
but the price really tempting, RM 3999 vs RM 4499
500 bucks difference got i7, UHD and touchscreen drool.gif

Very true.
I'm checking with them on the screen, don't know what kind of panel it is for the QHD.
FHD is IPS.

So do you think i7 is good buy too?
It came with extra 4 threads and extra 2mb L3 cache comparing to i5.

Dont choose QHD if you want gaming,  960M is not capable for it. Except you really like lower the setting.
FHD is good choice, and you wont feel the different on 15" LCD
*
Noticed about it.
what about the CPU? any significant difference on the threads and L3 cache variance?

So do I, cant wait any longer d, no laptop to use plus no faith on other makers.

Well said on the FHD and UHD, my initial decision(i5) was dilemma by the i7 price and causing me forgotten about the compromise in frame rate on the UHD, it's really a big no no, thanks for reminding it.

I wish they bring the FHD i7 version, non touch.  sad.gif

That will cause real tough competition for other upcoming skylake lappy.
Wondering why can't they just offer what US website did, they have the i7 FHD in their list.
