Friday will launch the low spec w/o price and another high spec will be launched in Nov.
But don't know whether that's XPS or something else on the Nov launch.

So do I eyeing on the same spec, I want the price too

I don't have any detail on other info yet, was only told as mentioned earlier.

Just checked with them, will take 3-4 weeks for delivery
and price releasing date still unknown....

I checked with Dell Malaysia, hope they can do better on the delivery time, need a laptop so much for work.
About the price, I presume it will not be too far away from lelong/techhypermart.

Besides, new Dell XPS will launch by this Thursday/Friday, with price or not? No idea.

True about Asus or etc, better choose brand with good after sales service, no point to take the risk since there is a better choice around.

The price for i7 is so tempting lo!
Of course the downside is the QHD display, 7hrs battery life and weight.

I'm checking with them on the screen, don't know what kind of panel it is for the QHD.
FHD is IPS.

It came with extra 4 threads and extra 2mb L3 cache comparing to i5.

what about the CPU? any significant difference on the threads and L3 cache variance?

Well said on the FHD and UHD, my initial decision(i5) was dilemma by the i7 price and causing me forgotten about the compromise in frame rate on the UHD, it's really a big no no, thanks for reminding it.

That will cause real tough competition for other upcoming skylake lappy.
Wondering why can't they just offer what US website did, they have the i7 FHD in their list.
