I didn't change notebook frequently, current ly using my second notebook, STudio XPS 16..
If you assign it to Power button, then you just need to press the Power button (the one you use to ON the notebook) Try reinstall quickset? |

Go to services, there can disable presentationfontcache..
Soluto, just a fancier msconfig, at least you can know which process eats the most time.. |

Should be no limitation, as long the HDD is 9.5mm thick..
