Need to wait for reviews, for now, GT525M is just a downclocked GT540M, now depends whether Dell downclock that GT525M or not, like what they did with the HD5650...

Means it can comes with GDDR5 or DDR3, depends the manufacturer want to use which.
Which I doubt Dell would choose GDDR5... |
