How far can oc with stock vcore?, E8400 and P45

Hi guys, I was wondering roughly how far can I push my clock speed with these two.
I'm using Gigabyte EP45 UD3L Intel E8400 E0 stepping Kingston Value Rams
anyone can share their experiences?
sorry forgot to add, using the intel stock heatsink

Sunbeam CCF is cheap but superb in performance. get it and u're good to go. my e8400 @ 4.0ghz idle 35 to 38C and 52max on load..
