it haven't came out yet, so we have no idea to find out.

however, in Guild Wars 1, I hardly feel any lag(200~300ms), except when my siblings are watching youtubes or downloading stuff(1k~2k ms).

I don't understand what it means to be late in playing gw. if you like the game just play it, regardless whether the sequel is coming out or not. the server will be up for quite a long time.

just download the installer from guildwars.com

you don't need the steam to play it. it's the account that matters.

from the guild wars short cut

right click -> properties

then add the -image to the target path

like this

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image

then it will download all the stuff.

when you want to play just remove the -image, else it won't start.
