recently purchased nightfall after 2 years leaving faction behind due to the hype of gw2.haha.
btw i want to ask newbie question, when i click the another player's character, the only option i have is trade? can i view his equipment/weapon or stats?

Added on July 22, 2010, 9:28 ammore like 'inspect' function in wow. you can't do that, but rest assured that all the armor ratings are the same, just the runes or insignias might be different. |

ask him or her to ping her build to u, most ppl will do that and u can check out the skill, stat etc
btw anyone know where in malaysia can buy ghost of the ascalon novel?

i bought the novel online from kinokuniya for RM38 (RM8 is for delivery, actual price RM30+). i believe its available in store in kinokuniya klcc.

is it too late to play guild wars ? not gw2. i was an ex-wow player never had a chance to play gw. now since i quit wow i would like to try but how long will it be for gw2 to be out

most likely next year, since they have to wait till all the guild wars trilogy book come out. the 2nd book is out at december.
I don't understand what it means to be late in playing gw. if you like the game just play it, regardless whether the sequel is coming out or not. the server will be up for quite a long time.

yeh i started playing with the guildwar installer but its kinda frustating have to download and load each map whenever i switched to new zones. now i just download the whole client from steam.

from the guild wars short cut
right click -> properties
then add the -image to the target path
like this
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image
then it will download all the stuff.
when you want to play just remove the -image, else it won't start.
