To all sifus out there..just wanna ask if there is any gym routine for beginners like me.. i want to target my arm, chest, abdomen, and back muscles to become toned..i'm not going for big muscles, just going for toned muscles. can any sifu out there help? my concerns includes:- a) what kind of exercise should i be doing for these muscle groups? b) how many repetitions? c) how often per week? d) if anything i forgot to ask, do mention it please I wanna say thank you in advance and sorry if I am asking the wrong questions to all u experienced guys..a total beginner here..hehe hope u guys could help!

And err... in case you think toned muscles is not-very-big... you're absolutely wrong. Get up close to those fitness models and suddenly, their toned muscles are actually really big.
And.. oh, don't you want 'toned' legs to go with your upper body? Chicken legs? =D

Go google it, read about it, find the 'Starting Strength' pdf (easily available for free over the internet).
After that, bust your a$$ on the program.
