May I know how to install this and how effective this will be? I am planning to soundproof my entertainment room.
Not to say 100% soundproof, but hoping at least when I watch movie with Hi FI it will not disturb people sleeping in the next room. |

There are customer said that 3M adhesive glue spray work but I am not sure about it. If glue spray works that will be really easy.Thanks |
