It is pretty easy, you can use dunlop glue that are available at any hardware shop. There are customer said that 3M adhesive glue spray work but I am not sure about it. If glue spray works that will be really easy.

It will help if you seal the door space with rubber. Sticking at door will prevent sound frequency to entering your room. It will make your room less echo by doing that.
