Watchmen - I think have to watch this film with some perspective la. Bear in mind the story was written more than 20 years back. That time it was revolutionary because its one of the first superhero stories that created 'heroes' that are flawed and troubled. It added depth to the characters and gives another perspective to the genre. Before that, all heroes are perfect, goody shoes type. Forward 20 years later, this angle is not new anymore, and lots of people has adopted this approach (eg. Heroes), so it feels dated.
