Final Fantasy Advent Children the SQ is top notch. This is one of the movies that makes you realize you DO have surround speakers tongue.gif

After finished my Band of Brothers, I got nothing to watch. Hopefully I will get my Gladiator and Braveheart in early next week.

Too bad I've bought Knowing already sad.gif

In fact this is the one I pray really hard that I'll see someday before the Ofiicial Release Date
Please note that the price of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (Two-Disc Special Edition) [Blu-ray] has decreased from $27.99 to $18.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart.

Tats marketin 101 mah.. besides amz policy is u hv to pay an order charge(besides per item charge) everytime u order so they earn from there as well..

QUOTE(moomoos @ Sep 13 2009, 10:30 AM)
soree  Case Study, if the sept 9 one's group together, amazon will charge only one shipment right??
Thanks
Its per order chrg of USD5 + 4 per item(bd/cd/dvd) - after tat how amz ships is not counted as per order chrge liao unless u request to ship item when available (n not group in one shipment) then tat one is different order charge liao.. Sumtimes amz will split your order into 2 shipments on their own - prbbly becos there is no stock n new stock is gonna take more than a wk, then they will ship items in stock first - all tis is done without any xtra chrges on our part.. U hv paid for wat u see in ur email - order form..
Hope tis clears sum ..

Tat will never happen..

Amz ships a day b4 release date of new ttls n as first adopters, u nid to pay de premium..

I hv done sum research n normally a USD26/27 ttl will normally go down to 22/23 abt a mth after release n a bit later will go dwn to 20/21.. unless there is overstock n orders for tat ttl is really really bad - which for Transformers/Terminator franchises will never happen..

So if die die mus get new hot ttls then no choice but to pay a premium..

FWIW, other online merchants (tower does tis..) might ship new ttls as when they receive the stock(can be a wk b4 release date) n there are instances tat US adrsses can even get their new ttl fix even b4 de official release date.

Cheers

I bought it all at one go and paid only one shipment but it seems they sent it via 3 shipments... weird, eh?
*
ya,, that's what i heard,
but weird lo, like you say, packing of 4, 2, & 1
funny tho, y dont they pack 4 & 3 in two shipments instead of 3 rclxub.gif

i'm still Glued on House of Flying Daggers, for Audio calibration cool.gif

1) the "Drum" scene track 3 at palace
this part really brings the midbass, & basslines to the very lows ( soree ya no 16-20hz sub to test biggrin.gif )
when zhang ziyi is gracefully dancing around matching the beads sequence, notice the tingling of bells in that tight midbass impulse
to the drawing of sword from andy Lau to the fight scene ended at the bath pool, not to mention crackling of bamboos at the prison...

2) prairie " track 8" & Bamboo forest " track 9" scene
fighting scene at the prairie, bows & arrows shooting, withdrawing and throwing of daggers, and also the incoming of dagger like "wooden sticks "
from no-where.
the falling of bamboo leaves from the quiet scene ( where zhang ziyi ) is resting
the bamboo rattling & crackling sound is superb, not to mention when the bamboo leaves sprung up, ( notice the height ) of the bamboo leaves
( these bamboos are some 20 - 30 feet)

my preference "this BD is superb for sound calibration, and its full of surprises from the quietest moments ( notice the whispers, breathing and other minute sounds to the pounding mids and bass) thumbup.gif
and yes... suprisingly its in 5.1 DD,
wonder how it sounds in the UK Region B ...DTS-HD MA BD

They are on sales now at $10.49 and $9.99 respectively
