guys, i have few type of discus under one tank.. the problem now is one of the fish is not healthy. got spot in the eyes.. any recommendation on what medication to use?

My discus fish tank...sad now under medication..
White spot on eyes n already 2fish got it...been using ocean free f n e but don't seem effective...anyone can advice me ah?
