model: samsung slim (forget the actual name, it is slide phone with sensor/touch answer and end call button with 3.2mpixel camera auto focus)
condition: the answer and end call not functioning bcoz the ribbon spoil already
send to repair before: once to solve the problem using local ribbon but couldn't solve 100%. must use original ribbon. expensive to buy.
