The status of Track & Confirm has not changed since 29th August until 3rd of September. Should i contact the seller? Is this normal? I have seen other users post which shows that it takes one day to switch status to international dispatch in one day.

i don't know.. that was my first online order, my goods are non-electronic and it is below RM300.

Sorry that i can't help.

Edit:

I didn't get any extra charge. If your item got stuck in customs, they will call or send you a letter. If Pos Malaysia settles any problem regarding customs for you, you might be charged RM50 << Anyone able to clarify this? Since your buyer label it as RMA, maybe there is no extra charge at all.

^ Did you get your shipment?
