Does anyone know where I should go to collect a parcel that's been sent by US Priority Mail International? Dayabumi? Poslaju Brickfields?

I've been tracking it online at Pos.com.my all day, but suddenly the status just changed (30 minutes ago!) to "Consignment to be collected at Counter Delivery" as of 4.24 pm. I did not get any notification postcard like I do when Poslaju misses a delivery. Actually, from looking at the events, I don't think they even made a delivery attempt!

Is it confirmed that the tracking numbers starting with C and L can be tracked on USPS and pos.com.my?

The USPS site says that tracking is not available for the Priority Mail International flat rate boxes (with tracking number starting with L). Yet I'm seeing quite a few posts here mention that the USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate boxes can be tracked.
