I use SE ALOT...since I was a student...all SE has joystick problem....and the worst experience is k800i...the mobo had been damaged...huhu...
poor me..after that I use nokia e90...no problem since then!!! |

my experience with N73 - 1 year only, battery died, super duper lag, probably kena virus ady but i dunno...dumped it and got myself a C902 instead.
my current experience with C902 - today just ngam ngam complete 1 year of usage. damn this freaky phone...very annoying, overall performance i wud giv 2 out of 10..below r the reasons small screen slow processor (even slower than N73)..everytime when sms come in, i gotta wait for 5 seconds for it to appear..in tat 5 seconds nothing can be done. whn talking on phone, every 2 minutes or so my phone will lag for 8 seconds (its fixed at 8, dunno y)...so u guys can calculate for me how much free money i contributed to maxis after a year..average call time is half an hour per week... too thin of its keypad, and too small...(imma guy with BIG thumbs) the camera cover, always store dust..and once stored there's no way cleaning it except opening da whoel cover its finishing around is not durable. the "5.0 megapixel" and "Cyber-shot" words being rubbed off by my fingers after 8 or 9 months like tat..and i never purposely rub it off. camera ISO too low...SE always show off with its camera cyber shot bla bla bla...but its terrible =( good side of it, IMO its only the build of da phone.plastic + metal..makes it quite durable even if u drop it a few times... looks fashion. looks like got BIG screen...best to deceive ppl with tis junk |

i had no problem with SE phones, except those using joystick ones (k800 etc), always have to repair joystick
 im thinking of using nokia back, but the Symbian-o-phobia still had in me. during those days of Nokia NGage, 3650, 7610, 6610 i had enough experience of virus getting into my phone although i off my bluetooth already. currently had to use this shitty CSL i-100 because my mom wants to borrow my phone. damn, this isn't even a proper phone. sms so hard because of the stiff keypad. even when calling, though i put max volume, it's just like putting volume 1 at my SE phone well cant complain much because it's just RM78. |

I also use samsung for a litle while....their Lcd is the best ever but their technology is a little behind than other...same goes to motorola...

 i hate symbian but i needed some softwares that's available only for symbian, and sad to say 5800 makes symbian experience worst; lagging, hanging, crashing. Should've held on to my n82. Best phone in my book is k810i. |

the worst i used is motorola E398 and V3i,lag like shits and feature lose out to phones by nokia or SE.but i admit motorola speaker is dmm loud lol
currently using W910i for 1 year +.jz starting to get annoyed with some bugs i tried my friend's 5800,the touch screen is not tht sensitive,need to press quite hard.and worse thing is when i use it outdoors under sunlight the screen is totally not visible |

I had the opportunity to find out about this because my wife bought a 5800 a month after me, and she complaints that her 5800 touchscreen got problem coz she has tested mine. W960i. Lasted me less than a year. everything is buggy, had to restart the phone everyday. Thank god it's dead now, cause I bought myself the N97.

very lag... i only use 512mb memory card.... the keypad spring become hard.... makes it painful for me to press the buttons.... some of my friends 1, the button even broken to half.... (lucky i am not that rough).... very fast finish battery..... i only like it for two reasons.... the design and it's present from my boy2.... use almost 1 year ody.... will be getting a nokia5800 express music from him soon... worst phone. samsung e700.
for 18 months of warranty period, it enter service center for almost 10 times. poor service. very poor. dint kept promised at first saying when phone ready will give me a call in 2-3 days but dint. as long very very bad. for phone, no bluetooth, got infrared. but cannot transfer file. after 18 months. i throw it away. |

LG Renoir. Really horrible touchscreen (even on resistive touchscreen terms) , slow image-processing speed bundled with an abysmal marketing-bs 8 megapixel.

Through and through I think nothing beats the Sony Ericsson G900.
I don't think there's any phone that's as bad as that. - Very slow Symbian interface - Very slow phone startup - Phone hangs occasionally (power switch also cannot turn off) so have to take out battery to reset the phone. - Bluetooth headset doesn't always work thus have to restart the handphone - Battery power isn't fantastic either, probably can only take about a day of active use at best - Touchscreen interface is very inaccurate even with the stylus pen. Particularly around the edges - 5MP camera image quality is poor - 5MP camera interface is slow to capture pictures as well. Hurm, owned a moto E398|nokia 3250|N91 and my current 5800XM
So far the worst would be the Nokia 5800, sure it does everything but its more of a "jack of all trades, master of none" bought it thinking that its audio quality is up to par to my late n91. Dissapointed much. Makes me go thinking Nokia built it as a mass consumer iphone killing phone rather than lives up to its name as an XpressMusic. Heck it doesnt even have a dedicated play-pause-stop-foward-back button. The only thing remotely close to XpressMusic would be its tiny button at the top which brings down the media players/folder Moto E398 - sure it lags and all, but it was a modding haven and you have to agree at the time of its release, its speaker were superb + the build quality, rubberise plastic or so felt good (sold it to buy a nokia 3250) Nokia 3250 - no comment =P bought it cuz of the stylish twisting camera (still using it till now as my second phone) the build quality is above normal, Its 2 years old, dropped countless of times and it still lives.Using steel as its frame and eventho it uses the twist mechanism, it doesnt feel loose or anything.Feels solid till this day. Eventho when it came it out it was plagued by the laggy sms, nokia released a patch for it. The speakers were bad too. N91 - Superb, lives up to its name as a music phone. Sure it doesnt have a fancy camera or stunning display but it does what its built to do best..Play music. The output from its 3.5mm jack produces audiophile quality music. The amp built inside this phone can power up some of the high range heaphones (sennheiser/bose/akg/grado etc etc) If you get the N91XM it has a2dp bluetooth. Build quality? need i say much..the phone is encased in high grade stainless steel. The physical music button really does it job well. It lets me change song while sms-ing/browsing the net/ etc and the "quick launch" button enables me to jump straight to the music player. Just my 2sen =P |

My worse phone was myNokia E71 in 2008. Since the day I bought it kept hanging. Couldn't use the camera as it kept popping up message "another program is using it". Updated the firmware and still got problem. When installing stuff whole phone hanged and had to rip out battery to restart. Hanged when I wanted to use the wifi. Sent to Nokia centre 5 times until finally I demanded they give me a new phone or ..They changed the motherboard. Now it's like new. I must been given a junk belakang mati set.

Nokia 5800, bought it coz it is fully touch screen, but the phone really slow like mad, the camera part really makes me feel like throwing the phone, i trade in my SE K810i for it and i can say that the K810 is 10X better in terms of camera. Regret to get this phone.what to do, still have to use since i paid RM1k + my SE K810i for it, And i swear that i won't get any Nokia phone in the future.

My last SE was W705i.. Slide's a little bit clumsy.. But, i neva want to use phone with joystick.. Easy to damage.. Plus joystick is only best to use with computer (external).. But, they're not as bad as SAMSUNG JET or S8000!! Damn useless!! "SMARTER THAN SMARTPHONE" anybody??? Stupid!! |

SE S500i, just feels so light and ciplak. There's one time I flipped my friend's S500 with the power I slide my W595, which is not hard, the ribbon broke and the slide phone became 2 pieces.
W595 on the other hand, no problems at all. :good: And w910, it keeps restarting and changing to Walkman theme on itself, not sure is it firmware problem or not. Just the nightmarish phones I've used. |

for me..worst phone is htc touch 3g..dang touch screen not sensitive, performance very slow, volume very low..sometimes sms just stuck cannot get in..aiyoo..i cant believe i spent 1.5k for that junk..
now im using nokia n79..superb.. |

Mine Motorola the flip one like notebook (can't remember the model). It's good phone one but everytime I wanted to answer the call I need to use earphone to answer it and that was my first handphone. I miss that phone so much

 I paid 1k ++ for this Nokia 6670 . The lagginess is at maximum level . After half a year , I couldn't tolerate anymore and traded in for SE k750 . Becomes a much happier person . |

for me ...
motorolla C330(MANY3 YEARS BACK) - review said that it got 3/5 stars. I'd give it 0. memory capacity TOO LITTLE........ SE vivaz - it has great function for video cam and all, i was just conned by the sales personnel into buying this phone saying that it can help me with my business requirement. Traded it in after a few months for Samsung B7610. And a happy man after that although the current phone lags a bit. |

from the earlier posts, it really looks like se bashing thread.
was so surprised, man  i do like my se phones. luv it luv it.. heee my 1st phone was se j sumthing. cnt remember. it got joystick but the joystick didnt really give problem. only afte two years of use, the joystick cause the phone to hang or it wouldnt select any menu. so i resolved to keypad shortcuts. <man, this is the reason why i would like to stick to se. it's like total shortcut from the main screen and only using the keypad. then i changed to se flip. been using it for 3years. and everything stil intact. even afte many times fell off, smashed. until recently, the keypad broke. but thats afte 3 years using. to me se it'ss like durable phone. yeah, i have not found my worst phone yet. hopefully i dnt have to. teeheehhee |

for me, i thought most older phones before nokia 3310 were bad
my old phones PH337 338 388 all suffer from bad quality and that stupid easily breakable antenna (although design wise, 388 looks sexy) Nortel phone, also lousy quality sony with antenna , also lousy then comes Nokia 3310, the first widely available phone without antenna, good battery, good quality and cheap, last for years one of the buggiest phone i've owned was the Nokia communicator 9500. so damn buggy if you set the date to yaer 2010, delete messages and call history, then set back to 2008, you will see the deleted stuffs. then you can never ever delete them until after 2010. cheap antenna-less phones from nokias were godsend Added on March 15, 2011, 10:35 ami also remember the Nokia 6230i, one of the earliest edge phone to be used with DIGI using tethering with the nokia cable, it will restart every 1 or 2 minutes. but if i switch on the phone's FM Radio, it won't restart. bad bad phone This post has been edited by zzzxtreme: Mar 15 2011, 10:35 AM |
