when you supplement, its always advised to 'stack' the supplements you take.
meaning, start with just one supplement for a month, then add in another one the next, followed by another the following month.. etc.
this way, you will allow your body to get used to the supplements you take. I had stomach problems when first taking creatine. What i did was break up the servings to 1/2 serving before workout and 1/2 after until slowly i could stomach 1 serving at a time.
did you pile up these supplements you're taking or take it all 1 shot from the beginning?
