What do you guys think ?

Yes I am eating a balanced diet where ever I can. Low carb, high protein meals.

Screwed up today because I started using this stack yesterday and I had to sleep in today after finishing my days errands. Not sure which item kept me up until around 4 am. I can only afford to lift at night.

Loaded up on Casein after breakfast today nothing after that.


I dont feel as sore as before I began using the supplements but the pumps are not as evident.

Drinking close to 5 liters (or more, loss track) of water a day consciously looking for water to drink everywhere I go.


1) The toilet is like my next best friend now. Is this normal when using supps ?

2) Is it normal to be able to taste sugar in your mouth (even after a few hours) after downing a stack ?

3) Where the hell did my pump go ?

I did try to lift the same set since I dont feel 'sore' .... regret sweat.gif ..... can feel the strain (not pain) its more like fatigue. sweat.gif

Damn, too eager to start the stack immediately. I should have staggered the consumption to get a clearer understanding.

Dude, this is Day One of using supplements for me.

Personally I am taking it easy with my stack. I only take them on workout days which is alternating days.

Depending on my blood works I would cycle off of certain products.

WF is addictive. I will be extremely careful with it. I promise laugh.gif

I am fine with this setup. I just dont like the sweet after taste that lingers. I think its from Casein, since it started only after that.

I suspect WF to be keeping me up till so deep into the AM.

My visits to the loo is actually to take a leak and not pass motion whistling.gif terribly sorry if I caused any confusion here blush.gif .

This occurs even when I am not on supp. But its more frequent when I started. Theres a thread here and tons in BB forum regarding creat. It dehydarates you, I have double upped my H2O intake after create consciously.

Cant work out or use supps, even though I want to. Running a temperature but panadol brings it down. thumbup.gif

oh yes I did shocking.gif I took WF b4 the workout. only water during and post workout is whey, carbslam and creat blend in cold water.

Casein b4 bed, but didnt hit the sack until 4am probably due to the WF (250gm cafffeine O_O)

no real probs accept for the WF keping me up (I plan to lower the dose) and hard stools (creatine). Need more water!
