 Gigabyte EP43-UD3L + Intel Q9400, Overclock stuck at 415fsb

Any bro encounter this? I tried all settings in BIOS to go beyond 415Mhz but it refuses to boot. can 't even see the bios screen. i'm using kingston hyperX 1066.

BTW, i hear say P43 limit the fsb at 400mhz. is tat true?

Ya bro, P43 fsb wall around 410 to 430, if u need overclocking for a higher clock get a P45 mother board.

I would think that is the average wall, unless you are willing to do some hardmods (soldering) as well as an abit of luck smile.gif
