Not all mobo able to change the multiplier, budget ones usually dont have this OCing feature.Question time

Vcore need to be bumped up bit by bit by running Orthos to test the stable OC.
vcore increase and decrease is absolutely normal and it's a feature call intel Speedsteap. It's there to save energy and ur electric bill.
