Hmm, it seems like the 'Korean en-bloc' is a gimmick eh??
Anyone started to pay their interest/installment to the bank already? I haven't received any letters/news from either the developer or bank yet. |

The government is imposing RPGT of 5%, effectively Jan 1, 2010 onwards. Does it mean, if we were to sell our unit, we have to pay 5% of the selling price as tax to the government?
