thank propcritic for the useful article.

Personally advice, we should take extra pre-caution on the Heron case.
We should put pressure on developer for good workmanship and build up quality.
If not mistaken pilling is almost completed by Sunway Construction and is good that developer have site inspect by professional bodies to make sure quality as promised to the buyer. And only hand over to sub-structure constructor to proceed.

As a buyer really piss off to heard that “the defect period is over /or/ please report to management for further action” as mention by in youtube posted in previous posting.
HEI MAN.... FLOOR IS CRACKING. This is the high rise building not single story.
We dun want to sleep at 8 floor and wake up at 7 floor or even worst.

Hope we have a good quality sweet home

heard that LRT station (stn03) near TZ will withdrawn from LRT extension plan..
while nearest station will be (stn04). from map it look near but in fact is quite far away from TZ.

My personal view, RM2k++ to RM3k rental (fully furnish) is quite difficult in realistic.
this figure will still happen if you have strong connection with those agencies that handling MNC company especially dealing with expat staffing or to large tenant (10 person one house). dont be surprise, this is happening somewhere around setapak and wangsa maju..

Current market situation for subsale/rental is like flying price with competitive demand. New launching property and sub-sales is very different in term of entry level.
a few thousand up front needed as see as hidden cost. let go price may effected

I'm very wonder what is the let go price once CF issue for TZ..
i believe by this year CF will issue and definitely a lot of property agencies will call owner to offer service..if noting surprise happen.. hehe

Let wait and see..

my feeling told me that soil test running recently along bukit jalil highways is progress of LRT track... but completion date is million dollar question...

for me LRT track is not important.. coz bukit jalil highway traffic is so bad nowadays. just take bukit jalil LRT station as example, how many car will stop on road site and cause unnecessary jam..
