Anyway... just drop by the show unit.. Saw the KONE lift that are using brows.gif .. So far not much complain on the finishing..

Was told TT new project will be launching next year... Location is Bukit Jalil, and its FREEHOLD.. I ask the SA, and he said that it was a mistake to mention leasehold earlier on... "Fishy" ... (y TT always smell fishy one sweat.gif )

I remain skeptical.... prime area also having issue unoccupied right now http://starproperty.my/PropertyScene/PropertyNews/932/0/0

True test will be in 2012, when all the nearby development are up and running.. plenty of supply by then... (Savana 2, Covillea, Endah Promande, 1 Petaling, Zest, a little further will be Atmosfera, Koi Kinrara, Setia Walk, soon to be ready Villa Park, Sierra Residency, Kinraramas, soon to be launch few more condos in BJ by Berjaya and Trinity)

Unless prime area like KLCC and MK recover, its a ripple effect..

Give it a break Alan... the official launch date was not even 1st of January... SnP states developer have the right to complete within 3 years, I dont think its already a year since it was officially launched... most of buyers bought at booking stage and pre-launch stage..looking at the broader picture, shoplot progress is looking good.. wink.gif

Some new pics

if compare with endah promenade or bangsar south UOA, they built the 20 over storey condo within 18 months, zest's progress cant consider fast loh. hopefully they can complete as soon as possible.  biggrin.gif
*
probably these development's pace are above average one la.. as Snp states 3 yrs, should hav ample of time to complete..

nowadays really KS biggrin.gif .. buy liao still not satisfied, must be faster than other ones shakehead.gif jkjk...

reminds me of the light speed pace of Burj Khalifa, from 50 storeys to 160 storeys+peak in 2.5 years sweat.gif

But should not be that small la. If i knew is that small i may not want to buy it.

Well, thats the size and the layout is already in the webpage .. cant expect a football field on the podium wink.gif
Podium width probably about 25 meter wide, swimming pool looks like a half olympic size one (25m) or less.

Hmm.. mighty impressed with the zest finishes, from photos la .. biggrin.gif

Comparing this ameera residences (sorry ha, just personal opinion), zest looks much better.

Is the zest showroom stil open ? Can't wait to drop by on weekend.

Added on January 16, 2010, 11:42 amLooking at the gallery, i really do hope the landscape will turn out as illustrated. It would be lovely with the medium sized plants & plumeria in the pool area. See so many developers planting palm trees that do not offer any shade.
*
Ameera and Zest different league la i think... looking at build up and pricing can know liao.. kekekke

Palm tree quite common la.. bcos of its root that is more gentle to the podium concrete.. if plant rambutan tree, mango tree, durian tree or ciku tree I oso wan.. but scared the swimming pool kena leak liao due to cracks by the trees .. kekeke sweat.gif

Anyone got photo ah? Kesian me kena stuck in China for 9 months and dunno wats happening at the site, all i know is bank sucking my interest everymonth notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Hi all,

Just received a letter from Trinity Group containing a desktop 2010 calendar and the official reno package costing RM3,100.

I would like to get some advice as to whether you think it's worth that price. Here's the details of the reno package for all types of unit:
MASTER - 1 lighting, 1 fan, 1 low power point, 1 aircon piping
BEDROOM 2 - 1 fan, 1 low power point
BEDROOM 3 - 1 fan, 1 low power point
LIVING  - 1 low power point, 1 aircon piping
DINING - 1 fan
KITCHEN - 2 high power point
YARD - 1 high power point

We have to confirm before 27th Feb. Can anyone explain what is low and high power point?

Will you take the reno package??

Did they state what kind of brand and model for electrical appliances?
