Covillea starting price 400k and above vs Savanna 200-300K++ and above (launching time)..
Upon Completion, Covillea definately hit more than 500k.. IMHO, Covillea rental has to be at least RM2.5k... There are different kind of expat, some hav the luxury of renting high class condo while some are on tighter budget.. |

Mine is Type A.... dont think got big balcony and big bath rooms lor... toilet seat also so classy ah Million dollar question... just hope the end product is up to the expectation... |
