im not worry about the lrt..
i m more worry about the flyover from sunway to zest..

actually.. it's not slow.. can consider on schedule..

it's like an illusion for us that the construction is actually on time.. haha..

the shoplost handing over this august? that's kinda rush i'd say..
shoplots handover but not neccessary the owners need to open shop ma..
by the time u will see a lot of banner for rent/sale.. haha..

anyway.. i think it's normal to handover shops first before the condo complete..

first phase will be until puchong kinrara3 first.. which is until zest! but good thing is the station will be in kinrara 3 instead of infront of zest.. so less jam..

with the ramp construction starting.. i expect the traffic there to get worse if they take up one lane or at least half lane there for the construction..

lrt extension gonna start next month

this signboard is for the ramp not for lrt extensions..

i expect the road to bkt jalil will be congested now..
wondering if they will take up 1 lane of the 2 lanes there or not.. which will create bottleneck there..

how long is the contruction gonna take?

i meant that during construction, it will take up the road..
i think mentioned before that it will be on the left side shoulder not the middle divider..
even the plastic dividers are setup on the left hand side..
and usually any constructions also will take up part of the hiway..
so i expect traffic jam until august 2011!!?? that hiway already jam teruk early morning..

a good full 10 months of extra traffic jam..

but surely zest will be handed over by the time the ramp is up right?

so roughly in 5 years time we can see the fruits of our labour..
then can think of selling the unit at way good price

he probably had 5 years in the future in mind.. haha..
with lrt and the ramp completed by then and the shoplots are all opened..
i expect the zest to boom!

that's y im giving it a full 5 year to mature..
and then it'll probably hit its peak price when all services are available..

in the meantime maybe rent it out first..
