Hey Bran, the starting price for the entire project was 225k, (ok, only 4 studio units are sold less than 200k which are around 600 sqft), No one had gotten type B for 180k.. btw, just curious where you find out the price to be 180k Added on September 14, 2009, 8:50 am

It is not unusual, for the price to increase, check with other projects as well
The price increased in a very short period because the sales is "unusually" fast compare to another development, like Titiwangsa Sentral as describe by babana..
Other projects might not adjusted their price because of slower sales preformance and only adjust the price after a year.. (like Sxxxx Wxxx)
Its just a supply and demand theory
