I also received the sms from the SA saying it will open on the 14th Nov onwards and ppl are advised to go on weekdays and not 14th Nov to avoid congestion as parking will be limited wor..... due to the place not being fully constructed yet. I received on the same day babana posted that she received.

At least 1 more ppl received the sms from SA. Feel more reliable

the rental can reach 2k i think..

2k is a big burden to malaysian, if we just rent out room by room, like master bedroom, middle room and small room. dont know the price for each type of room

Eh, long time not here and everyone's talking about rental. I thought most of the people here were buyer-owners ahha.. The lure of $ is amazing smile.gif

If can get $2,000 rent fully furnished i would still rethink. Cos only difference of $400 rent & have to spend $40,000 - 8 yrs to get back the furnishing cost.

$2,400 rent more like it - 4 yrs for the furniture/fittings depreciation.

Is this a good or bad thing i wonder ? Why are they sealing it ?

Good - no congestion from flat owners' traffic
Bad - no cheap  breakfasts/supper at the flat warongs
cannot exit via the bomba traffic light
*
anyone know how long we need to queue in order make a u turn near giant there? b4 that we got alternative choice via bomba traffic light.

a brief FR about the show unit:

as soon as i entered the 1st fl where the show unit type b is, was greeted by their gm..introduced himself as mr khoo, formerly from bukit hitam development..yeah that bandar bukit puchong. looked almost deserted in the late afternoon when i expected huge crowd to throng the place.

no photos allowed to be taken .. so i just abided by their rule lor.

my impression is that type b balcony is spacious..not just spacious but bona fide spacious. u can put 2 big round banquet tables there. was reminded by the lady sa that type a balcony is shorter. *using her toe to point to the spot while demonstrating how short the type a balcony was*. elsewhere the id uses too many mirrors, trying to create a sense of spaciousness. obviously not to my minimalist taste. the helpful gm then impressed his visitors by lifting up the toilet seat covers which then slowly n gently fell into position with pin drop silence instead of abruptly crashing down like reminding everyone that ur business is done. i could see that the lift is indeed kone. the gm who was getting down with me proudly mentioned .. kone lits, they r made in finland.

sound great, thanks for ur description. how about master bedroom? tongue.gif .sorry for too greedy

went to see the showroom last sat, tat time didnt bring camera as suddenly think of pay a visit when pass by zest. IMO the master bedroom is rather small. then sa said they will upgrade the aluminium frame glass window with a better quality one (powder coated with tinted glass?) dont know wat's the term for it.
the bathroom looks quite nice, however, glass shield is and the rack in bathroom is not provide. it will be inside add-on package i think. n there will be add-on package for renovation such as installing air-con and cabinet etc...
*
dont know how much is the package for renovation? it would bring a lot of "headache" to them...hehe.... plan to add some power point at living hall, kitchen, balcony and master bedroom, hopefully they wont reject.

Cannot have king size bed liao  doh.gif
*
i thk still can...from the wall behind headboard to the opposite wall total length approximate 11ft. king size bed normally 7ft length, if we put the wardrobe like show unit its around the 2.5ft

Total is 11ft - 7ft - 2.5ft = 1.5ft (walking space)

but remember ur wardrobe's must use sliding door, if not cant open.

i asking about the renovation cost for show unit, the SA said it's around 200k.... shakehead.gif i rather use the money to get another unit. too expensive lah
