I think the "new factor" has some influence in buying condos given the same price... "New" as in newer building, and more exciting concept and landscaping.. I am sure new condo with more lifestyle concept will not be RM500k in PJ..
Forgive me being impolite, your statement seems like everyone is working in PJ, and why choose puchong..
what about ppl who work in puchong, TPM and cyberjaya? if got 500k why buy puchong and not buy PJ? are you saying although buyers who are working at south region should buy PJ even tough need to travel and pass sunway toll??
I think the key is different products cater for different buyers with different requirement.. there is no 1 area that suit everyone... thus cant agree on your statement "450k 500k can go for pj property already."
