This is good news for Puchong folks....

Actually Puchong and PJ area have more east-west ways than north-south ways... good to have new north-south express ways to ease LDP congestion...

Ramp is moving..
LRT on the way..
New highway from TK to Damansara.. so far so good for kinrara folks..

looks like ramp is constructed from the most left side of the road and leading into BK9..
other highlights: The RM7mil is funded from Trinity group (6mil) and I&P (1mil)

Entrance into the apartment is through the back (entrance in front of "Warna"), hav to turn into BK9

From the main road or caltex, you only can go into the shoplots.. (I think there is a walk way linking the commercial lots to the apartment, dont think car is accessible to apartment from the front)

For early phase 2 years ago, Block C was around RM200 - RM220 psf..
thus estimate 1100sqft was around RM220,000 to RM240,000..

RM350/sqft pretty do-able given that Zest still have 1 more year before completion.. Nothing much you can find for 2 storey houses below RM400k nowadays in BK.. probably older phase like BK1, BK2 and BK3..

It has been 2 yrs since i did my booking.. time flies.. Happy New Year Zesters..

Back in msia... just passed by today and saw the ramp is well in progress... the pillers on the opposite lane, between the road and at the entrance of BK9 are up...

Yes we are well aware of the poor built quality of Heron since day one (the day we pay down the deposit 2 years ago).. However we are keeping a close eye on the developer (close eye not tutup mata but kept monitoring) till the extend we check and confirm the background of the main con, the company who did the foundation, and etc...

Thanks for your concern and i m sure the residents of Zest will check thoroughly once VP.. We are always concern our interest is being protected nod.gif ..
