Kinrara 4 old houses seems not bad, bigger build up in general compared to the old ones in BK5..
But price had increased to between 380k to 450k shakehead.gif
Save the extra $$ and reno gao gao thumbup.gif

Oic... I tot the retail unit was selling less than RM200k during soft launch.. however, I was thinking the retail units are hidden behind the shoplot, thus not directly fronting the main road is at lesser advantage..

IMHO, business for those retail unit are mainly targeting zest residents or staff working around the commercial area, and hard to get noticed by by-passers...

I think that unit comes with a private garden which about 200++ sft more than the normal standard one... <-- TT really know how to maximize the sellable plot...

Its just the photo angle... of cos it looks low bcos taking pic from that angle (bottom looking up, and partially blocked by shoplot + pool deck and carpark podium).. If taking pics from inside BK9, should hav a better picture of the actual height...
