Need help - no sound from amp, Denon AVR 1909 pls come in

hi guy,
Need help from existing owner on my denon avr 1909 which dont have sound from coming out speaker (using Logitech z680 sat speaker), anyone from penang who have the denon avr 1909 can help me out by coming to my house this sat or sunday?? First time using amp so really need help from sifu....

my logitech speaker specs
* Left/Right: 62 watts RMS x 2 (into 8 ohms, @ 1khz, @ 10% THD) * Center: 69 watts RMS (into 8 ohms, @ 1kHz, @ 10% THD) * Rear Left & Right: 62 watts RMS x 2 (into 8 ohms, @ 1kHz, @ 10% THD)

logitech is using passive speakers....cannot used?? also it using normal speaker cable found out on ht setup....

Logitech z-680 uses those normal +/- cable.

hmmm maybe not assign correctly and volume already turn until -20db also no sound..

maybe try double check the back connection to the amp...and also speakers...check u in correct input (dvd,pc,ps3)

|
Denon 1909 has auto setting function. Try the auto setting, each speaker will be tested by the AVR, and some buzz noize will come out from each speaker during the auto setting. If tere is no buzz noise, then it can be your cable connection is not correct.

auto tested got sound from all 5 speaker so confirm is setting problem need sifu denon 1909 help me if u in penang helppppp....

source is component with stereo cable in to amp(PS2,WII and XBOX) XBOX360 VGA in to LCD and Optical 2 out to amp PS3 HDMI in and Optical 1 out to amp All input is output using only 1 hdmi cable..video is working not audio..
