Really makes you wonder how much these flashlights actually cost.  You can be sure eagletac-store is not going to make a loss selling off their stocks.  So, the real cost of these china-made lights should be really cheap.
*
definitely more than 100% margin.....but too bad we as a consumer need to pay for it unless we can make our own flashlight brows.gif

Here are some Xenon goodness for you to see.
[attachmentid=1229244]
Left to Right.
Surefire e2e with IMR batteries and IMR bulb. 6P with original surefire lamp using 2 CR123A primaries. SP-9 with 2 AW18500 batteries.
[attachmentid=1229252]
Beam shots. Look at the ugly beam of the SP-9 and even uglier one by assault crown of the 6P.
[attachmentid=1229265]
A closer to the wall pic.
The IMR-E2 bulb works very well with the e2e. Even Philightsopy is amazed that so much light is being outputted from such a compact light. Impressive, he says.  nod.gif
*
thanks for the beamshot bro !....how come i'd miss this earlier... sweat.gif the beam doesn't look good probably because of the assault crown installed....

can the SP-9 be use without the assault crown? would really appreciate if you could post some outdoor shot....before i decide to purchase one....can this throw well with good spill too?

no option c meh ? - build our own host and put the rest of the purchase internal component in it... brows.gif

what size to start off with? i prefer edc , small but powerful...preferably with streamlined design, so the host can be easily done...just my opinion..

and btw, when we can have a yumcha session...so i can see and feel your xenon SP-9 in action! drool.gif

I seem ppl built their own host/body, but I don't have such machinary, and don't know how to anodized the aluminum too. If we can get the ppl expert in this field, then can make lar, but with volume, we can send to factory to build the host/body.

edc, small or 6P size, is all depends on the vote lor.

I bought the SP-6, so I only uses 1x18650, not as bright as my 2x18650 Xenon, but very nice light.

We are close, can yamcha at Jusco Tmn Equine? My best time is like morning 10:30 or noon 3:30 like tat. Lunch time also can, but short one lor. Bro pseudoblue wanted to join also, but he is fram Shah alam.

Another way is, we goto Summit Sq McD, when Bro polkiuj has the new 4Sevens Ti arrive and to deliver it, don't know I have the slot or not  rclxub.gif  shakehead.gif

It looks ok, mine is silicon grease also, but much thinner, and very transparent. This silicon gel looks tick, perfect for lubing the O ring and thread. Which ACE shop you bought it? How much is it, mind to help me buy one? I rarely goto ACE.
*
Ace Mid Valley, saw this too in Ace IOI Mall too....RM69.90

probably you might want try it out first before you buy it, i can give you some during the meet up/ gathering...

no problem for buying it for you as ACE is one of my favourite hardware store...i like tools too...lol

The Toyo grease is not thick. It's lower viscosity than Ace H/W own 90% pure silicone grease.  biggrin.gif  It gives the same texture feels as the Danco silicone grease.
yup... that container will definitely last you a looooooooooooonng time.  sweat.gif

thanks for the feedback....i really couldn't find the ACE own 90% pure silicone grease... Toyo is the only gel based i can find there...

so is this Toyo safe for thread and o-ring?

wait a minute, Ace's silicon only 90% silicon...what about the another 10%? laugh.gif
