unfortunately all the warm white version Vantage will be in the second shipment which i'm expecting it to arrived next Mon / Tue / Wed.....

i'll try my best to send it to you guys personally, better still if we can meet somewhere in Serdang/ Seri kembangan area....others area will incur me extra time and petrol [ i don't earn a single penny from you guys....and i wish i don't have to end up paying a full retail price for my own Vantage ]..... better still if you guys could attend the gathering on the 4th in KL so i can pass it personally to you.....if not poslaju will be the best win win situation but charges will be bear individually. thanks for your understanding.

Hi guys,

I've been out of touch with the latest flashlights recently. But now I'm looking for a small single AA size LED flashlight. Multimode is optional. Mainly used as EDC. Under RM200 is ideal. I used to have Fenix but it doesnt work now. I also have Jetbeam but its an old model. What is good out there these days?

Olight T15 or Quark AA is good. if you need more ooomph....just slot in a 14500 battery.

Quick update on our own LYN Flashlight:
(I accidentally post at polkiuj's thread, made changes di )

The proposed body discussed in previous posts (MrLite), using 18650 config, choices of outputs, LED, reflector and our own laser engraving, is now at CPFMarketplace. Questions were addressed in the thread too. A CPF'er will also review it and we will know how's the light hopefully soon.

So, decision to use MrLite is on hold till the review comes out. Me and newspaper actually thought of getting a group of us who are interested to buy a sample. But since someone's gonna do a review, let's wait.

i got the early version of m60.

it's relatively floody and warm. m60f is even floodier i suppose, but u sacrifice the throw.

for my use, i think m60 is sufficiently floody and throwy.

The S 'series' seems interesting, but the design is a bit 'plain' , but no neutral white tints from iTP

yes, it's indeed look like a C2 [ 90% look alike...but without the body knurling ] ....lawsuit? i don't think so and i don't give a damn [ none of our business right? ] ....it doesn't show any surefire logo or trademark....and this was the official release for the 2008 Olympic game tho ...

Yup, as long as there is no surefire logo, and there is slight different in terms of the body, like the knurling, the tailcap, then they cannot file a infringe of Industrial Design law suit. Because Industrial Design only protect if the outlook of a product is 100% copied. Oh, if they put the surefire logo, then can be sue in intimation or fake product. So, no worry to import or own one.

BTW, solarforce has the 6P clone as well, so far tons of US ppl loved and using it.
