guys,..jz wanna hear opinion...if i jz take whey protein according to dosages pre n post workout..but cos im quite on the thin side..174cm60kg...
wanna aim for 70kg,gain more muscle mass..
will jz taking protein help gain weight...or hav to add more meat n carbs to my diet?
