I wanted to make a payment for an item and this message came out:
"This card cannot be used for this transaction. You can complete the checkout with another debit or credit card. Please enter your new card information below." FYI, i am using Maybank debit card to link with my Paypal. DO i need to top-up my pay pal account? thanx.

P.S: Im new to this online purchasing ;p
