TS, help me please. i successfully linked my debit card to paypal account
(RM 10 which was deducted on maybank is credited now to paypal). but i keep getting this message when i try to pay using paypal: QUOTE You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Please select another card. i dunno what is wrong.  |
